1 oz  pine nuts
2 each  large garlic cloves
2 cup  fresh chopped spinach
0 3/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped arugula
0 1/2 cup  oregano leaves
0 1/4 cup  fresh thyme
0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
2 tbsp  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
0 1/4 tsp  salt
3 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
  1. Using a food processor, pulse pine nuts and garlic until chopped.
  2. With motor running, add in spinach, parsley, arugula, oregano, thyme, chives, parmesan cheese, and salt. With motor still on, slowly drizzle in oil and process until fully combined.
