4 oz  pine nuts
0 1/2 cup  Cranberries, dried
6 tbsp  white wine vinegar
3 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 3/4 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
4 quart  salad greens
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Toast pine nuts in a skillet over medium heat, 3 to 5 minutes. Take off of heat and mix in cranberries.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, oil, vanilla, and nutmeg in a large serving bowl.
  3. Toss greens and pine nut/cranberry mixture with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
