1 1/2 lb  snow peas
5 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
4 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp  sugar
1 1/2 tsp  Wine, sake/saki, Japanese
3 oz  fresh mint
Directions
  1. Boil peas in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Strain and run under cold water. Strain again and dry on paper towels.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sake, and mint. Combine with peas and gently combine.
