Ingredients Directions
  1. Chop onions and prepare garlic.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray.
  3. Add onions, garlic, and red pepper, and cook with a lid on for 8-10 minutes, or until the onions are soft.
  4. Add beans, stock, and thyme and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat, covered, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. In a food processor or blender, process soup.
  7. Return the soup to the saucepan and add half-and-half.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
