1 each  whole wheat lavosh
4 oz  fresh mushrooms
8 oz  cream cheese
1 tbsp  sour cream
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 each  medium onions
0.3333 cup  chopped red bell peppers
3 tbsp  Salad Dressing, Italian
  1. Place lavosh between 2 damp kitchen towels and set aside for 10-15 minutes, or until soft enough to roll.
  2. Separate mushrooms into caps and stems.
  3. Chop mushroom stems and slice the caps.
  4. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, sour cream, garlic, and mustard.
  5. Spread mixture onto lavosh.
  6. In small bowl, mix sliced mushrooms, onion, red bell pepper, and salad dressing.
  7. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
  8. Roll lavosh tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
  9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or as long as two days.
  10. Cut into 1" slices and serve.
