Ingredients Directions
  1. Place lavosh between 2 wet kitchen towels and set aside for 10-15 minutes, or until is it soft enough to roll.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and fennel seeds.
  3. Spread mixtutre onto lavosh.
  4. Arrange swiss cheese slices and top with spinach leaves.
  5. Top with tomatoes and, then, olives.
  6. Roll up the lavosh tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Cut into 1-inch slices.
