Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and blue cheese.
  2. Divide and spread on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Spread each one with 1 tablespoon of apricot spreadable fruit.
  4. Top each with 4 cucumber slices and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Top with remaining slice of bread.
  6. In a large skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray.
  7. Cook sandwiches for 5 minutes on each side, or until brown.
