Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, Gouda, and walnuts.
  2. Divide mixture and spread onto 4 slices of bread.
  3. Place 1/8 cup of onions on top of each.
  4. Divide cranberry sauce and cheddar, and distribute on top of onions.
  5. Top with remaining bread slices.
  6. Heat large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Cook sandwiches for 5 minutes on each side, or until browned.
