Ingredients Directions
  1. Core and cut pear, as instructed.
  2. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each of 4 slices of bread.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of mango chutney on each.
  4. Divide up pears and arrange on top.
  5. Sprinkle each with blue cheese.
  6. Top each sandwich with remaining slices of bread.
  7. Heat large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  8. Place each sandwich in skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until browned.
