1 lb  Tempeh, sea veggie, block or 1/3 piece
1 1/2 cup  orange juice
2 tsp  grated orange peel
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
1 each  cinnamon sticks
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  large onion
3 each  fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
3 each  fresh carrots
3 each  medium potatoes
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place cubed tempeh in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix together orange juice, orange rind, garlic, marjoram, thyme, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour this mixture on top of tempeh and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Drain the mixture and set aside the marinade.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray
  6. Saute the tempeh for 2-3 minutes, or until it begins to brown.
  7. Stir in onion and saute for 5-8 minutes more, or until onion is soft.
  8. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add flour and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
  10. Stir in the reserved marinade, along with the carrots and potatoes.
  11. Bring mixture to a boil.
  12. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.
  13. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
