Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. spray a 10-11 inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Boil a pot of water and cook pasta according to directions on package, drain and place in a large bowl. Add in the egg, milk, and Parmesan cheese, mix well and pour into springform pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, spray a pot with nonstick cooking spray, add oil, and cook garlic, onions, celery, and carrots until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and sausage, cook until no longer pink, about 4 more minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasoning. Lower heat, cover, and simmer stirring often, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour meat mixture over macaroni in springform, top evenly with both cheeses, and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
