0 1/2 cup  Peanut Butter, chunky
0.3333 cup  margarine
0 1/4 cup  Molasses, dark
2 tsp  Sweetener, saccharin, liquid
3 each  egg whites
1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Mix peanut butter, margarine, molasses, and sugar substitute at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add egg whites and continue mixing.
  4. Add flour, soda, and salt, and mix at a medium speed until smooth.
  5. Drop onto cookie sheet by the tablespoonfuls.
  6. Dip a spoon in cold water and the press back of the spoon into the dough to make a circular imprint.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Take cookies out of the oven and cool on a rack.
