1 tsp  instant coffee granules
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  margarine
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
0 1/2 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 each  egg whites
2 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 tbsp  Buttermilk, dried
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground cloves
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix coffee and water together and set aside.
  3. Cream margarine, brown sugar, and sugar substitute together at medium speed.
  4. Mix together the flour, dry buttermilk, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and raisins before stirring into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in nuts and coffee mixture.
  6. Mix together at medium speed and then drop by 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, remove from hot cookie sheet, and let cool to room temperature before serving!
