6 1/2 oz  Rice, wild & brown mix, dry
1 1/2 cup  fresh asparagus
1 1/2 cup  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
3 oz  fat free cream cheese
0 3/4 cup  Cheese, mozzarella, fat free, shredded
3 oz  goat cheese
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine cooked rice, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cream cheese, mozzarella, and goat cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake, covered with foil for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
