2 cup  canned pineapple chunks in water
2 each  Banana, medium, fresh
2 each  medium apples
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Toss gently and then cover and chill thoroughly. Drain.
  2. Stirring to blend, combine the yogurt and ginger. Pour over the fruit and then toss gently to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.
