1 1/2 cup  Mixed Greens, chopped
2 cup  mayonnaise
1 cup  Cheese, parmesan, grated
0 1/2 each  fresh lemons
0 1/2 tsp  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Rough chop green ingredients as needed.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If you are using shredded cheese you may need a few extra pulses to reach a smooth consistency.
  3. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.
