0 1/4 cup  tequila, 80 proof
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  bay leaves
1 pinch  fresh rosemary
8 oz  crimini mushrooms
Directions
  1. Whisk together tequila, lemon juice, pepper, salt, oregano, garlic, bay leaf, and rosemary in a large bowl.
  2. Add mushrooms to marinate and gently stir to coat. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  3. Remove garlic, bay leaf, and rosemary when ready to serve.
