1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  vegetarian sausage links
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  Corn, sweet, frozen
1 each  medium zucchini
29 oz  Tomatoes, stewed, unsalted, canned
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
2 each  fresh green onions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Saute sausage 8 minutes or until brown, flipping frequently. Take sausage out of frying pan and set aside.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in frying pan for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in corn, zucchini, and tomatoes. Let boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Boil mixture again. Whisk together flour and water and mix into boiling soup, stirring continually until thick, 1 minute.
  5. Add sausage back to frying pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. When ready to serve, top with green onions.
