2 each  medium onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
28 oz  whole canned unsalted tomatoes
19 oz  Peas, chickpea, canned
15 1/2 oz  Peas, black eyed, canned
10 oz  Spinach, frozen
2 cup  fresh okra
1 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
0 3/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Cook onions and garlic in oil in a large pot, 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Mix in tomatoes and liquid, chick peas, black-eyed peas, spinach, okra, marjoram, thyme, and pepper sauce. Let boil.
  3. Lower heat, place lid on pot, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
