1 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/2 cup  tomatillo, chopped
0 1/2 cup  tequila, 80 proof
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
6 each  mahi mahi fillets
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In a small bowl, combine tomato, tomatillo, tequila, onions, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler.
  3. Lay fish on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes per side or until fish is flaky.
  4. Spoon 1/3 cup salsa over top of each slice.
