0 1/4 cup  margarine
1 1/4 tsp  Equal packets
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 3/4 cup  unsweetened applesauce
0.3333 each  unsweetened apple juice frozen concentrate
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 1/2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
0.3333 cup  seedless raisins
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cookie sheets with vegetable oil cooking spray (lightly).
  2. Beat together margarine and sugar substitute until creamy. Beat in egg substitute. Add applesauce, apple juice concentrate, and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Blend in combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in oats and chopped raisins.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until cookies are firm, remove to wire rack.
  5. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
