Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together rolled oats, flour and baking powder,and set aside.
  2. Beat granulated sugar, butter, peanut butter and brown sugar in large mixing bowl with mixer at medium-high speed until creamed.
  3. Add egg substitute and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add rolled oats mixture. Beat on low speed until well mixed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle.
  6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  7. To make a bear, shape one 1-inch ball for body and one 3/4-inch ball for head.
  8. Place body and head together on baking sheet, flatten slightly.
  9. Make 7 small balls for ears, arms, legs and mouth.
  10. Place on bear body and head.
  11. Place 2 chocolate chips on each head for eyes and 1 chocolate chip on each body for belly-button.
  12. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown.
  13. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
  14. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
