8 oz  soft tofu
2 tbsp  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/2 tsp  celery salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/4 tsp  dried dill weed
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  medium celery stalk
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  chopped dill pickles
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed tofu, mayonnaise, celery salt, turmeric, mustard, and dillweed in a medium bowl, stirring until blended.
  2. Stirring gently, add the green onions along with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
