0 1/2 each  Coconut, fresh, medium
0 1/2 each  plain yogurt
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
3 each  Chili Peppers, red, hot, fresh
0 1/2 tsp  mustard seed
0 1/4 tsp  cumin seeds
Directions
  1. Place the coconut and yogurt in a blender or food processor. Process to a paste like consistency. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chili peppers, mustard seed, and cumin seeds. Cook until mustard seeds start to pop.
  3. Spoon over the coconut mixture.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
