  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain juice from chiles, reserve.
  3. In 9" x13" x 2" baking dish, place 1/2 of shredded Cheddar cheese. Top with green chile peppers. Top chiles with remaining cheese.
  4. In blender, mix eggs with juice from chile peppers.
  5. Pour egg mixture over cheese mixture.
  6. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
