2 lb  whole chicken, raw
0.125 cup  extra virgin olive oil
1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  ground oregano
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/4 cup  grated romano cheese
3 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Pour oil and stock over chicken and sprinkle with garlic.
  4. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper and top with cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  6. Pour vinegar over chicken and serve.
