4 tsp  margarine
4 tsp  white all purpose flour
2 cup  lowfat milk
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, parmesan, shredded
0 1/4 cup  white wine
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  crushed garlic
2 each  fresh leeks
12 oz  salmon fillet
3 tbsp  fresh dill weed
10 oz  Pasta, fettuccine, refrigerated
  1. Melt margarine in a small pot and add flour. Cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds.
  2. Stirring constantly, add in milk and cook until thickened, about 4 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted; set aside.
  3. Place a large pan over medium heat, add the wine, onion, garlic, and leeks; cook until leeks are softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in white sauce from step 2 along with salmon and cook until salmon is almost opaque, about 2-3 minutes; stir in dill.
  4. In the meantime, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and place in a serving bowl; top with sauce and salmon, mix well to coat.
