Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken until just done in the center, about 4 minutes. Remove and place in a large serving bowl.
  2. Boil water and cook asparagus for 1 minute. Add in the snow peas and cook another 45 seconds.
  3. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Add asparagus and snow peas to bowl with chicken.
  4. Add the corn, sprouts, oranges, peppers, water chestnuts, and green onion to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over salad and toss well to coat.
