  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and cocoa. Stirring occasionally with a wire whisk, bring the mixture to a boil and dissolve the cocoa.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar substitute.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture until it is well chilled.
  4. Add the milk powder and then beat it at medium speed with an electric mixer until it is thick and fluffy. Recover and refrigerate again until chilled.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar substitute over the strawberries and then let them stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  6. Divide half of the sliced strawberries equally among 6 parfait glasses. Set the remaining strawberries aside.
  7. Spoon 1/3 cup of the chilled cocoa mixture over the strawberries in the parfait glasses and then divided the banana slices evenly over the top.
  8. Top each parfait equally with the remaining strawberries and serve.
