1 cup  fresh cilantro
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 oz  pine nuts
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the cilantro, tomato, garlic, pine nuts, and salt until smooth. You may need to stop at times to scrape the sides of the blender or processor bowl with a rubber spatula.
