1 each  fresh mango
2 cup  Peaches, sliced, frozen
0 1/2 cup  Juice, apple, unsweetened, with vitamin C, canned/btl
0 1/2 cup  cider vinegar
0 1/2 cup  packed brown sugar
0 1/2 each  medium onions
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 each  chopped fresh green hot chile
0 1/4 tsp  cardamom, ground
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and translucent.
  3. Cool or chill before serving.
