2 each  red hot chile peppers
1 each  red onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree just until a coarse sauce is produced.
  2. Let the flavors meld for at least an hour at room temperature or for 3 hours refrigerated. Serve at room temperature.
