2 each  yellow onion
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  cold water
4 each  small green bell peppers
3 each  Chili Peppers, Hungarian, fresh
4 each  medium tomatoes
1 pinch  salt
  1. In saucepan, heat oil over medium. Sauté onions 5 minutes, until translucent.
  2. Add water, cover, and increase heat to high. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add bell peppers and hot peppers, lower heat to medium. Cook, covered, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, mix well, and simmer 15 minutes, until onions and peppers are soft. Add salt to taste.
