2 cup  Potatoes, peeled, cooked, diced
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 tbsp  chopped scallions
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Combine the potatoes and garlic in a saucepan with water to cover, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until very soft. Drain and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mash together the potatoes and yogurt with a hand masher until quite smooth. Stir in the dill, scallions, salt, and pepper.
