0 1/2 cup  orange juice
2 tsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
3 each  large garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh tarragon
  1. In blender, add orange juice, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Squeeze garlic from heads of roasted garlic, add to blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add tarragon and pulse 1 -2 times to mix.
