6 piece  Tomatoes, sun dried, halves
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  fresh basil
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Cover the sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water in a heatproof bowl and set aside. Combine the chopped fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, cup water, vinegar, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  2. When the sun-dried tomatoes have softened, drain and add them to the other ingredients. Puree the mixture until smooth.
