6 oz  fat free cream cheese
3 tbsp  Cranberries, dried
2 tbsp  fresh chives
0 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
24 each  Wrappers, wonton, square
1 each  egg whites
0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
0.3333 cup  Relish, jalapeno
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cranberries, chives, gingerroot, and parsley.
  2. On a clean surface, spread out the wonton wrappers. With a spoon, place 1/2 tablespoon of the filling onto each wrapper.
  3. Brush the edges of each wrapper with egg white and fold in half, carefully pressing the edges to securely seal.
  4. In a large saucepan, heat 2 inches of vegetable oil. Using a thermometer, heat until it reaches 375 degrees.
  5. Fry 6 to 8 wontons at a time for 1 to 2 minutes each, or until they appear golden in color.
  6. Drain well on paper towels and serve with jalapeno relish.
