1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tbsp  fresh chives
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  salt
  1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cilantro, scallions or chives, and lime juice. Add salt to taste.
  2. Set aside for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
