1 cup  light mayonnaise
2 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
2 tbsp  capers
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Combine the mayonnaise, red peppers, capers, and salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth and uniform in color.
