0 1/2 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week.
