2 lb  round tip roast
0 1/2 cup  fresh lemongrass
0.3333 cup  shallots, chopped
3 tbsp  fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp  sugar
1 tsp  sesame oil
1 tsp  peanut oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
6 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  serrano chili peppers
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Wrap roast in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Take beef out of plastic wrap and slice into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
  2. Using a food processor or blender puree lemongrass, shallots, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, peanut oil, salt, garlic, and chiles until smooth. Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; add meat; seal and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Take beef out of bag and lay on a cooking spray coated grill rack. Cook 1 minute per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
