2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
2 each  fresh cauliflower florets
1 cup  sliced carrots
1 1/2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
1 tbsp  lemon pepper seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
  1. In about 1 inch of water, steam, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for 5 minutes, with lid on pot. Reserve in a warm place.
  2. Whisk together margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Combine vegetables and dressing in a large bowl.
