1 tsp  olive oil
3 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/4 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tsp  grated lemon rind
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  celery salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
  1. Pour oil in a large frying pan; heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté carrots for 2 minutes. Add broth, lemon rind and juice, celery salt, and pepper.
  3. Place lid on pan, lower heat to medium-low, and let simmer 10 minutes, stirring a few times. Take off of heat and top with dill.
