1 each  medium cucumber
0.125 tsp  salt
1 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 tbsp  ground oregano
0.125 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 lb  whole leg of lamb
32 oz  chicken broth, low sodium
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree cucumber until finely chopped. Spoon cucumber in a colander lines with cheesecloth and sprinkle salt overtop. Let drain for 1 hour.
  2. Mix together cucumber, yogurt, dill, oregano, red and black pepper, and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Cut off any excess fat from lamb. Chop lamb into 1 inch squares. Add broth, salt, and pepper to a pot and let boil for 2 minutes.
  4. When ready to serve, pour liquid into a fondue pot and let sit over a medium flame. Let each person skewers and cook their own lamb in the broth. Use yogurt sauce as a dip.
