1 cup  Beer
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
2 tsp  oregano leaves
1 oz  fresh thyme
1 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp  honey
0 1/4 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
3 each  medium garlic cloves
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray, for baking
Directions
  1. Whisk together beer, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, thyme, pepper, honey, Worcestershire, and garlic.
  2. Pour into a resealable plastic bag; place chicken in bag. Seal securely and chill at least 3 hours, flipping bag a few times.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Take chicken out of bag, throwing away marinade. Lay chicken on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
