1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0.3333 cup  Bread Crumbs, plain, grated, dry
1 tsp  dried parsley
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
0.125 tsp  salt
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  olive oil
Directions
  1. Coat 4 individual baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Divide shrimp between the dishes; set aside.
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, lemon rind, salt, and garlic in a bowl; stir in lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until shrimp are done and the bread crumb mixture is lightly browned.
