0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  brown sugar
1 tbsp  cooking sherry
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/2 tsp  chili paste
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 lb  sea bass fillet
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, sesame oil, chile paste, and garlic. Pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag and add fish to bag. Close securely and chill for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Take fish out of bag, throwing away marinade. Lay fish on a cooking spray coated broiler pan and cook 4 minutes, fish should be flaky when finished.
