12 oz  kale, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  sesame oil
  1. Wash and dry kale. Cut leaves into 1 inch pieces, slicing out tough ribs and veins.
  2. Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Cook kale in water with lid on pot 3 to 5 minutes or until wilted. Strain and let cool.
  3. Squeeze out extra liquid from kale, and transfer kale to a serving bowl. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over kale, toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
