18 1/4 oz  devils food cake mix, with pudding
0 1/2 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened, baking
2 each  egg whites
1 each  eggs
1.3333 cup  cold water
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp  confectioners sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together cake mix and cocoa in a large bowl. Whisk together the egg whites, whole egg, water, and yogurt in a separate bowl.
  3. Slowly beat the egg mixture into the cake mix using electric beaters. Spoon batter into a cooking spray coated bunt pan.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before turning out onto a serving platter. Dust top with confectioners sugar before serving.
