Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large skillet cook pork, mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain fat. Stir in corn starch, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, and curry powder until thickened and bubbly. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Stir in cooked spaghetti, bean sprouts, and 1/2 cup green onions; heat through. Serve, garnished with additional green onion, if desired.
